Return Policy

• Octane Workholding, LLC offers returns up to 30 calendar days from the date you receive an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging. Octane Workholding reserves the right to determine the condition of an item.

• Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you via email or telephone with the status of your return. We will use the contact information that was provided during checkout.

• You will be responsible for paying shipping costs on returned items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. You will receive the credit based on your card issuer’s policies. Custom items are not eligible for returns.
